Eufora’s 4th annual Stylist of the Year competition returns to Global Connection 2010, an amazing showcase of talent ranging from amateur to seasoned competitors. One winner will be chosen for each category: Contemporary Classics, Avant-Garde, Makeover and new this year, Men’s Trend. Stylists may enter one or all three categories.

Winners will be announced and prizes awarded live, on stage at Global Connection 2010.
Competition closes on September 15th, 2010.

*Eufora Global Team members are excluded from the competition.

Ambitious stylists on the lookout for the next big challenge, it's time to gear up for Eufora's fourth annual Stylist of the Year Awards. The competition focuses on creative cutting and styling abilities, insuring stylists are recognized based on merit and skill, not photography. Winners will be announced at the 2010 Eufora Global Connection event on November 7th and 8th, 2010 in San Diego, CA.

CATEGORIES:

Avant-Garde

Edgy, Artistic & Visionary - Create looks that showcase expressive concepts in cutting edge hair design. Digital enhancement is allowed, how ever do not over do it to the point of fantasy.

Contemporary Classics

Pure, Timeless & Clean - Create classic commercial styles utilizing classic techniques that demonstrate excellence in haircutting.

Make-Over

Go from now to WOW! - Create a dynamically new look on three different male or female models.

Men's Trend (NEW Category)

Create contemporary men's looks on three different models demonstrating technical skill and cohesiveness of the overall look including facial hair.

Rules + Regulations
Any licensed hairdresser is eligible to enter (with the exception of Eufora Global Team Members).

All entries must be received no later that September 15th, 2010. An outside panel of industry leaders using a designated point system conducts the judging.
